Machine Wash

Machine washing is safe for all Auraal socks. Use a gentle cycle to preserve knit tension, maintain structural clarity, and protect engineered zones.

Wash Cold

Cold water prevents heat stress on fibers, reduces shrinkage, and protects compression mapping. It keeps the sock’s engineered shape consistent across repeated washes.

Very Delicate Wash

For lightweight silhouettes (Invisible, Liner, MeshFlow Lite), use a delicate cycle. Reduced agitation protects micromesh ventilation, sculpted heel pockets, and soft‑tech fibers.

Do Not Tumble Dry

High heat can weaken elastane, distort knit geometry, and accelerate abrasion. Air‑drying preserves cushioning, heel‑lock stability, and long‑term durability.

Tumble Dry Low Heat

If you must use a dryer, choose low heat only. This minimizes thermal stress and maintains compression zones and sculpted fit.

Chemical & Heat Restrictions

Do Not Bleach

Bleach breaks down fibers, damages elastane, and causes shade drift. Auraal yarns are shade‑checked for continuity protect them by avoiding all bleaching agents.

Do Not Iron

Direct heat can melt synthetic fibers, flatten mesh zones, and distort the sock’s engineered structure. Auraal socks retain shape naturally no ironing required.

Do Not Dry Clean

Dry‑cleaning solvents and heat can degrade compression mapping and alter knit tension. Keep socks away from chemical cleaning processes.

Care for Different Cushion Levels

Zero Cushion

Minimalist, lightweight constructions. Air‑dry only. Avoid high agitation cycles to preserve the sculpted profile.

Light Cushion

Designed for daily comfort. Gentle machine wash and cold water maintain softness and breathability.

Target Cushion

Engineered zones at heel, toe, and forefoot. Use delicate wash to protect mapped cushioning.

Full Cushion

Maximum padding for impact protection. Cold wash and air‑drying maintain loft and long‑term resilience.
