Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time (Pakistan)
Standard delivery across Pakistan usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination city and courier operations.

Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): typically 2–3 business days.
Other areas: up to 5 business days.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option. Promotional free shipping offers may apply during selected campaigns.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Attempts
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address. Courier companies usually make 2 delivery attempts before returning the parcel.
